How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after confirmation. Please double-check your cart and delivery details before checking out.

Where do you ship?
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected courier option.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of bodycare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
What if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you’ve read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Our products are formulated with a variety of skin types in mind. However, skin can react differently from person to person.
If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before full use.
How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin (such as behind the ear or on the inner arm) and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Our products are cruelty-free.
Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before using new skincare or bodycare products.
Stock Availability
What does “sold out” mean?
If a product is marked as sold out, it is temporarily unavailable. Restocks happen regularly.
You may sign up for back-in-stock notifications to be alerted as soon as the item becomes available again.
Orders & Gifting
Do you offer gift sets or bundles?
Yes! We offer curated ritual sets and pairings designed for gifting or elevated self-care moments.
Do you include invoices in the package?
Invoices are sent digitally via email and are not included in parcels — making our products perfect for gifting.
